Delivery and Returns Information
Delivery of Prints
Delivery to UK addresses is free of charge. Please allow one to three working days for the dispatch of A5, A4, and A3 prints and up to eight working days for A2 and A1 prints.
All non-UK orders will be sent with full tracking information. The same dispatching timescales apply.
From the date of dispatch delivery can be expected within one to three working days to UK addresses. Please allow longer for international deliveries.
Both A5 and A4 prints are sent flat, in reinforced cardboard envelopes.
Larger formats including A3 , A2 and A1 sized prints are sent rolled in recycled cardboard tubes.
All prints are carefully wrapped in tissue paper.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I operate a 30 day return or exchange policy. If 30 days have elapsed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer an exchange or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, I will require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have ordered through the website then your name and date of purchase should be enough information for me to find your order.
If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then please send me some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. I will then email you with the address to send your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If approved all monies will be refunded back to your chosen method of payment. Please note the the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
